Yesterday, the 35th Tesla Fest was festively opened as the international festival of innovations and creativity which is traditionally held on October 12-15 every year in Novi Sad in Spens.
Also this year, the Festival gathers innovators, inventors, young talents, researchers from the universities, affirming knowledge and creativity. The Intellectual Property Office participates also this year at Tesla Fest providing consultations regarding the protection of intellectual property rights as well as participating at the Conference which took place on the second day of the Festival.
As part of the program, an exhibition was opened dedicated to Milan T. Jovanović, coppersmith from Novi Sad, which was the holder of the first registered patent, cauldron for baking brandy, in the Administration for the Protection of Industrial Property of the Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes – today, the Intellectual Property Office. Tesla Fest is held in the organization of Association of Inventors of Vojvodina.
