We wish to inform the users of the services provided by the Intellectual Property Office of the Republic of Serbia that on the July 27th, 2024, the works on the adaptation and energetic modernization of the building of the Intellectual Property Office have begun.
The investor of the mentioned works is the Administration for the Common Activities of the Republic Bodies and the financier is the Republic of Serbia. The planned deadline for the completing of works is February 2025.
Having that in mind, the Office has been forced to adjust its activities to new circumstances, among other things also by correcting the manner of communication between the clients and the employees in the Office.
If you wish to realize the communication with the employee in the Office, and he is not available at the telephone listed on the site of the Office, on the page “Contacts”, we kindly ask you to proceed in the following manner:
- If you have questions regarding the files in the procedure before the Office, please try to obtain information on the link Status of Files who is the employee responsible for your documentation, according to the number of application, and to send questions regarding that file to the e-mail address of the employee processing your file as clearly shown in the status for the particular file;
- If you wish to contact the employee by phone, please contact the IPO telephone operator (011/20-25-800) and the operator will connect you with the employee;
- For general information regarding the protection of intellectual property, please contact the employees by phone listed on the page of the Education and Information Centre or by e-mail info.eic@zis.gov.rs;
- Questions relating to the filing of application using the E/application can be directed to the mail address eprijava@zis.gov.rs.
