China’s National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) and the Intellectual Property Office of the Republic of Serbia enjoy a long-term fruitful cooperation in numerous areas, including the education of experts in the field of intellectual property.
This year, the Intellectual Property Office has once again received an invitation to propose candidates for a two-year master’s program in intellectual property law, sponsored by the Government of the People’s Republic of China, which represents an important element of the implementation of the “Joint Statement on Pragmatic Cooperation in the Field of Intellectual Property Among Countries Along the Belt and Road”.
Accordingly, Intellectual Property Office invites suitable candidates who are employed in the intellectual property sector, have more than two years of working experience in the field of intellectual property, at least a university degree resulting from a four-year program, are fluent in English and not older than 40 years to apply.
During the first year of the Program, chosen candidates will study at the prestigious faculties in China. After that, they will return to their home countries to complete the studies.
Interested candidates should apply to the Intellectual Property Office and send all the necessary documentation not later than 30th of April 2024.
General instructions and explanations about the Master Program can be found in the Annex 1 and Annex 5 documents, while the necessary forms that should accompany your application are contained in the Annex 2, Annex 3 and Annex 4 documents.
