On Friday, December 1, 2023, in the Intellectual Property Office, a conference was held: “Modern challenges in the IP law”, which has been traditionally organized in cooperation with the Belgrade Conference of Lawyers – BEKOP.
In the course of the event, attended by the students of the Faculty of Law from the final years of studies, master studies, as well as young lawyers and advocates, the participants had the opportunity to meet with the modern challenges and the system of the protection of the law in the field of intellectual property, topics which can be also their future professional orientation.
After the opening address by the director of the IPO, Mr Vladimir Marić, the lectures were held by Mr Novak Vujičić, PhD, assistant at the Faculty of Law of Belgrade University, Mr Nenad Cvjetićanin from the Law Office “Cvjetićanin and Partners”, Ms Nevena Komarica from the Law Office MSA.
The lecturers from the Office were: Ms Aleksandra Mihailović, Asst Director in the Patent Sector, Ms Milena Marsenić, Head of the Trademark Department and Ms Milica Adamović, Head of the Group for Industrial Design and Geographical Indications.
