World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), the Korea Intellectual Property Office (KIPO) the Korea Development Institute School of Public Policy and Management (KDI School), and the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of the Republic of Korea (MCST), are jointly organizing the Master’s Degree Program in Intellectual Property and Development Policy (MIPD) for the year 2025. The Master program will be held at the Korea Development Institute School of Public Policy and Management in Sejong, South Korea.
This Master’s Program is focused on IP-related policies, patents, copyrights, trademarks. It combines both theories and practices on aforementioned topics, enabling students to better understand development policies and IP rights, their interrelationships, and their evolution in the era of globalization.
The program is set to begin on January 1, 2025, will last for approximately one year, including one month of distance learning and 11 months of residence in Sejong. Selected applicants will receive a scholarship to support their studies.
Prospective applicants should have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited faculty (under a minimum 3 years long program).
