Intellectual Property Office of the Republic of Serbia successfully cooperates with the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) in harmonizing EU Principles of Common Practice in trademarks field. In cooperation with the EUIPO, EU Principles of Common Practice CP8 – Use of a trade mark in a form differing from the one registered are translated and included in the Guidelines for the procedures of granting of trademarks and in the procedures of trademarks registration, which can be seen on the IPO’s website.
This way, the IPO continues successful cooperation with the EUIPO in implementation of the EU Principles of Common Practice in trademarks field. The IPO’s Guidelines with the CP8 principles included can be seen on the following link.
