A roundtable with representatives registered in the Register of Representatives maintained by the Intellectual Property Office was held on January 23, 2026. During the meeting, various topics were discussed, mostly related to the IPO electronic services and digital tools, as well as administrative services and cooperation with representatives, who are the largest uses of the services provided by the IPO.
In a constructive discussion, the IPO plans for improving electronic services were presented, while the representatives provided suggestions for improving services and communication regarding specific services and client requests.
The goal of the meeting was to improve the IPO services through the views and experiences of the representatives, as well as to familiarize the representatives with plans for their further improvement, so that they can be active partners of the IPO in creating services in accordance with the real needs of the users.
