Quality Management System in the Intellectual Property Office

Quality management system according to the standard ISO 9001:2008 includes the processes of patent grant, petty patent grant and trademark grant and it has been certified on November 1, 2011, by the experts of the company SGS Beograde, doo.

Certification came after the establishment of the system in the framework of the Regional IPA Project, implemented by the Danish Patent and Trademark Office (DKPTO) in the period from March to November 2010 followed by one year of implementation.

The aims of the quality management system, founded on the mission and the vision of the Office, emphasize the satisfaction of the clients as the users of services of granting of the mentioned rights of intellectual property along with the respect for certain legal framework.
