Yesterday, in the premises of the IPO, a tree days seminar was finished dedicated to the determination of goals in the enforcement of intellectual property rights, organized in the framework of the Twinning Project :”Enforcement of IP Rights”.
The first day was devoted to the crime in the field of IP, on the second day Internet was considered as a special channel for the detection of crime, while the lectures of the third day considered challenges with regard to proof for IP crime. The lecturers were Erling Westergard, from the Public Prosecutors Office in Denmark, Pia Blabjerg Andersen from the Navy and Commercial Court of Denmark, Branko Stamenkovic, special prosecutor for Hi Tech Crime, Denis Beciric, judge from the First elementary court, Zoran Strsoglavec, from the company NIKE, Tijana Milijanovic, from the Chamber of Commerce Petosevic, as well as Vladimir Maric and Mirjana Saric, from the IPO of the Republic of Serbia. Among the audience were the judges, prosecutors and representatives of other institutions active in the field of IP.
