NOTE:

Payment of the fee as specified in paragraphs 1 and 2 of this tariff number shall be reduced by 20% of the fee prescribed by this tariff number, if the applicant files translation of the title of invention and the abstract of invention in English

Payment of the fee specified in the paragraph 3 of this tariff number, shall be increased by 50% compared to the fee specified in this tariff number, if the international patent application is filed within subsequent 30 days term from the lapse of the term for the application to enter the national examination phase.

If an application for patent, petty patent, topography of integrated circuits, design right, is filed by a natural person, the fee specified in this tariff number shall be reduced, or increased, in accordance to paragraphs 1 and 2 of this Note, is paid in the amount reduced by 50%.

Payment for a decision upon examination of a patent application, request for extension of effect of European patent application and European patent, petty patent, topography of integrated circuit, trademark, collective trademark, guarantee trademark, design application, international patent application, international trademark application, for applications for depositing of the copies of subject-matters of related rights, applications for registration the status of an authorized user of an appellation of origin, geographical indication of origin, applications for recognition of the right of authorized user of appellations of origin, applications for recognition of the right of an authorized user of geographical indication of origin, provisional refusal of international trademark registration

If a patent, petty patent, topography of integrated circuits, design application is filed by a natural person, the above charges shall be reduced by 50% of the fee stipulated in this tariff number

Payment for a request for substantive examination of a patent application

NOTE:

If a patent application is filed by a natural person, fee specified in this tariff number is reduced by 50%of the fee stipulated in this tariff number.

NOTE:

For the maintenance of right from the additional patent application, or patent of addition, the annual fess from paragraph 1 of this tariff number is paid in the amount reduced by 30% from the fee prescribed by this tariff number.

The annual fee for the maintenance of right from the application for the grant of patent, or the maintenance of a patent is to be paid till the beginning of the year for which the fee is being paid and, at the earliest, three months before the expiry of the period for which the fees have been paid for the previous period.

The annual fee which is not paid in the period from paragraph 2 of this note can be paid in the period of six months from the beginning of the year for which it is being paid, increased by 50% from the fee prescribed by this tariff number.

If the patent of addition is converted into a basic patent, starting from the year following the year when it has been declared the basic patent, the fee is to be paid from this tariff number prescribed for the basic patent.

If the applicant for the grant of patent is a natural person, the fee from this tariff number is reduced, or increased in compliance with the paragraphs 1 and 3 of this note, and is to be paid in the amount reduced by 50%.

Payment of the annual fee for maintenance petty patent, in particular for:

1) the third year counting from the application filing date

NOTE:

Payment of the annual fee for maintenance of rights from the application for petty patent, or for the grant of petty patent is due before the beginning of the year when the subsequent period of protection begins, and not earlier than six months before the lapse of the period covered by the previous fee.

The amount of the annual fee not paid before the beginning of the year when the subsequent period of protection begins, as specified in the item 1 of this Note, shall be increased by 50% and it can be paid within six months from the beginning of the year when the subsequent period of protection begins.

If a petty patent application is filed by a natural person, fee specified in this tariff number is reduced by 50% of the fee stipulated in this tariff number.
