Recording and depositing of works of authorship and subject matter of related rights
Since September 1999, on the basis of Articles 170 and 171 of the Law on Copyright and Related Rights (FRY Official Gazette, no. 24/98), and/or the Decree on the Records on Works of Authorship and Subject Matter of Related Rights (FRY Official Gazette, no. 50/99), the following deposits have been made with the Office:

On the basis of the Law on Copyright and Related Rights, which has been in force since 16 February 2009 (SaM Official Gazette, no. 104/2009), the trend of filing deposits with the Office has continued (from September 1999 through 1 July 2011, a total of 4934 deposits of works of authorship were filed with the Office).
